Welcome to the first installment of our 2025 Board Development video series!
Our objective is to provide information relevant to board development in a series of short videos for viewing at board meetings. This year we plan to cover governance, compliance, and programmatic topics including meeting management, executive sessions, committees, strategic planning, sunshine enactments, delegated vs. non-delegated programs, and more. The videos are intended for viewing and follow-up discussion at your district board meeting, but everyone is also encouraged to view on their own time in whatever way is most convenient.
In our January Board Development Video, we discuss the importance of employee policy audit and review, our online sample policy catalogue, and some of the focus topics for the upcoming Employment Law Seminars scheduled for February.
