Emotional Intelligence (EI) is one of the best predictors of career success and happiness in the workplace. This interactive workshop for Conservation District staff will include presentation, group discussion and activities focusing on concrete applications of EI. Workshop attendees will learn techniques and practices to develop and support EI both in and out of the workplace, and gain a greater awareness of leadership derailers.
EI: Apps for Wellbeing will be facilitated by Sarah Colantonio, MS. Sarah is a founding partner at Lancaster-based Work Wisdom LLC, specializing in EI and Equity-Informed Mediation, and has previously facilitated workshops for Building for Tomorrow’s Management Summit and Emerging Leaders Pre-Con.
All workshops are scheduled for 10:00am – 2:00pm, and are open to all conservation district staff.
Registration is $35 per attendee, which includes all workshop materials, coffee & beverage service starting at 9:45am, and a lunch buffet from 12:00pm – 12:45pm.
