New Manager Training
Building for Tomorrow Leadership Development provides ongoing training and resources to new Conservation District Managers. The New Manager Bootcamp is an intensive three-day training event designed to provide crucial information and background for District Managers who have been serving in the role for less than five years. The program includes sessions on Conservation District history & law, other applicable laws & policies, program partners, fiscal management, board relations, and personnel & office management.
